Your order, your way. Whether you prefer the convenience of having your order delivered straight to your door or the personal touch of picking it up in-store, we have got you covered.

Shipping
We offer free shipping in the Benelux on all orders over €100. Our silver and 18-carat gold-plated jewelry ships in 2-3 business days. Solid 18-carat gold jewelry is made to order and ships in 6-8 weeks. Depending on your location, we work with trusted carriers like Bpost, Bpost World, DPD, DHL, or Mikropakket to deliver your order.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number, making it easy to follow your delivery. For the latest updates, simply refer to the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

If you have a Studio Collect account, you can also find all tracking details under your Account. Just log in, go to the ‘Orders’ section, and click on the order you wish to track.

Prefer to pick up in store?
We know some things are better experienced in person. If you’re in the area, feel free to pick up your order at our Antwerp or Ghent store. Usually ready within 24 hours.
