First consultation

Whether you book an appointment or simply pop in, we warmly welcome you to our stores in Ghent or Antwerp, where you can settle in and feel at home. We love to hear about the look, feel, and details that matter most to you.

From start to finish, we want you to feel relaxed and supported. We will guide you through our collections while continuing to understand your vision, noting all the details that catch your eye. Together, we will refine your preferences and discuss ideas for materials, gemstones, and engraving. During this time, we will also take your measurements, so we are ready to get started once you have made your decision.

If you wish to incorporate gold or gemstones from a cherished heirloom, bring it along. We will carefully assess its suitability for your design in our Antwerp-based studio.

The design process

After your initial consultation, if you choose to move forward with us, we will put pencil to paper and draft your quotation. Once the budget is approved, we will kick off the design process. 

Inspired by your ideas, we will share photos and concepts with you along the way. Together, we will refine the design until it feels just right. Finally, we will hand-pick the perfect diamond or gemstones, taking extra care at every step.

The final design

Once the design is finalized, we get behind our workbenches to bring your custom jewelry piece to life. 

To ensure we have the time and space to create something truly special, we dedicate an 8-week making period for all bespoke pieces, from start to finish.
