How long does it take to ship my order?
Our silver and 18-carat gold-plated jewelry ships within 2-3 business days. Solid 18-carat gold jewelry is made to order and ships in 6 weeks.
We want to be transparent with you: customs duties and fees can vary by country and may impact the delivery time of your order. Any extra costs that may arise will be your responsibility.
How can I track my package?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number, making it easy to follow your delivery. For the latest updates, simply refer to the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
How much is shipping to Belgium and The Netherlands?
We offer free shipping in Belgium and The Netherlands on all orders over €100. For our solid 18-carat gold collection, there’s an extra charge for insured shipping: €15 for Belgium and €18 for the Netherlands.
All returns and extra shipments are on you. For these, the fee is €12 for Belgium and €15 for the Netherlands.
How much does international shipping cost?
The price for international shipping ranges from €15 to €60, depending on where it's going. To see the exact price, just select your country at checkout and we’ll automatically calculate the shipping fee for you.

We can’t be held responsible for any damage or loss during shipping, but we’ll do everything we can to track it down. Please get in touch as soon as you can so we can look into it together.
How do I return my item(s) that I bought online?
If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we offer a 15-day return policy. Simply contact us by email before sending your item(s) back.
If you’d like to return something, we kindly ask that you cover the shipping costs. Want to exchange? Absolutely—we’ll cover the shipping for your new piece. Please make sure the item(s) are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We’ll refund your online return to the original payment method. Be sure to try it/them on with care!

How do I return my item(s) that I bought in the store?
Items purchased in our Antwerp or Ghent store can be returned or exchanged in-store within 15 days.
Please make sure the item(s) are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Refunds will be given as store credit. Be sure to try it/them on with care!
What if I can’t return the item(s) to the store?
If you can’t make it to our store and want to arrange an exchange or return, just email us and we will help you out.
Can I buy a gift voucher online?
Yes! You can buy gift vouchers directly on our website. We offer fixed-value vouchers, and once you purchase one, you'll receive a digital version via email. Each voucher comes with a unique code that you can use at checkout to automatically apply the amount to your order.
What happens to money left on gift vouchers?
If there’s any balance left on your gift voucher, it’ll stay available and you can use it for your next purchase.
Does my gift voucher expire?
Our gift vouchers don’t have an expiration date. Just keep in mind that they can’t be returned, canceled, or exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
Can I use my digital gift voucher in-store?
Yes, you can! Just show us the email with your digital voucher, and we’ll take care of the rest.
I bought a paper gift voucher in your store. Can I use it online?
Yes, you can! When you buy a gift voucher in our store, you'll get a beautifully wrapped paper voucher with a unique code.
You can choose the value of the voucher yourself, as there are no fixed amounts. To use it online, just enter the code at checkout, and the amount will be automatically deducted.
If the item you’re buying costs less than the voucher’s value, the remaining balance will be available for your next purchase with the same code. If you’re shopping in-store, just hand over the voucher, and we’ll take care of the rest.
